Configuration Management (CM) describes all development steps across the entire Product Lifecycle Management (PLM): from conception to delivery, change management, disposal and recycling. As an expert in configuration management and tool knowledge in the field of PLM systems and enterprise resource planning (ERP), I am exactly the right person to contact.
As a CM trainer, I work with CMPIC® (Configuration Management Process Improvement Center) from the USA. We teach and certify employees worldwide in the field of CM. I am also asked to give lectures and training courses by corporate academies, professional associations, chambers of commerce and industry, technical colleges and technical universities.
